SHIPPING POLICY:
Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipments that are not delivered due to provision of wrong address, customer is responsible for shipping charges (the first and the second delivery attempt). We reserve the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Free Shipping Worldwide
We offer Free Shipping to over 120 major countries. Please note we cannot ship to PO Box numbers, please ensure you provide a full street shipping address with your order.
Delivery times vary from region to region and, within that, from country to country. Our average standard delivery times are as follows:
- Asia-Pacific 5 -7 days
- North America 10 - 12 days
- Europe 10 - 15 days
- Latin America & the Caribbean 14 - 21 days
- Africa & the Middle East 14 - 21 days
Facts and disclaimers:
-Deliveries are made Monday-Friday.
-Deliveries will be shipped via courier or registered packet depending on the weight and value. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.
-Delivery will take 5 to 21 working days after order dispatched a signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.
-All orders are delivery duty unpaid. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Recipients of deliveries may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. We cannot offer any assistance in these processes. To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries to all destinations, check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold. Customers must ensure they provide a valid phone number/email address to avoid any delays in clearance.
-Tracking is available on some standard deliveries and on all courier deliveries. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order.
We provide fast transport to more than 100 countries. Usually, all orders are prepared and shipped out and about within 2 working days. Shipping and handling fees rely on the number of items bought and the method of shipping that you choose. Using the level of service, you've requested and your distance to our distribution canter. Weather delays or other factors beyond our control may influence delivery times and so are uncontrollable.
When will my order ship?
After we receive your payment, we would ship the package from warehouse within 24-hours and send the tracking number into the e-mail.
How can I trace my own order?
Once your parcel ship out, you'll receive an email from us. In this electronic mail, there should be the checking information for your bundles as well as the website where you can trace your purchase.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
- Returns
Eligibility:
Unopened, unused products in original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Process:
Contact our support team at info@bricknation.co.uk to initiate a return.
Include your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return the original product and place a new order.
If you place the wrong order or buyer's mistake, buyer pay the return label. If the parcel buyer receive is broken or missing, merchant pay the return label.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete. Provide photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it swiftly via replacement or refund.
